Why Wisdom is the Principal Trait Among the Most Effective Leaders Today

Greetings Beloved,

​I am Felecia Killings (most notably referred to as "Coach" in the virtual space). I am the Founder and CEO of The Felecia Killings Foundation; the Founder, Visionary and Principal Leader of The Conscious Conservative Movement; and the Principal Coach for our online courses through this Media Network.

The Felecia Killings Foundation is the premier educational platform that will deliver spiritual and practical training to 10,000,000 rising leaders who will empower millions more to build social, political, and economic empires based on Kingdom principles.

Our mission is to equip each leader for the work of their ministry and platform by providing advanced training solutions through our books, coaching and consultant services, online courses, and events.​

Since 2011, I have worked with rising leaders, helping them manifest their calling in a spirit of excellence. My preliminary work focused on empowering new authors, thought leaders, and ministry leaders. By showing them how to use the written and spoken word effectively, they could build thriving online businesses or virtual ministries using their stories.

In 2016, my empowerment infiltrated the conservative, political space. Since that time, my teachings have reached millions of people, including politicians, rising Conservative Candidates, the political "upper class," and more. 

I then packaged my insight into books and courses so everyone could advanced their training, no matter what their calling entails.

Today, I am among the top Communications Consultants for conservative organizations who want to effectively reach Black voters nationwide.

My journey towards this higher level of leadership was no small accident either. My training first began in my tiny home back in Pittsburg, California. Many of you know about my father, Apostle Henry Killings, and his strong influence on my life. He was my principal teacher, and among his first lessons regarding effective leadership focused on gaining wisdom and understanding.

I took these core lessons and applied them to my life and career to the best of my ability.
​Leadership is something that can be taught. But the nature (or core tenets) of leadership must be applied effectively to garner optimal success.

Being a leader does not mean having a large following.

A parent is a leader.

A teacher is a leader.

Anyone who positions themselves to be a guide to others is a leader.

But what do you do when you are called to lead others who have never known you, never fellowshipped with you, or never grew up with you? How do you gain trust from people so they accept you as a leading voice within a specific field?

That type of leadership requires a set of skills, which I will bring to you through this platform.

My prayer is this: Over time, you will feel the unction to walk fully in your grace to lead a specific area, even within this Conscious Conservative Movement.

I've shared this message before, and it's worthy of repeating:

You are the Movement.

You are also a part of this empowering, national work.

You have a voice.

You have a story.

You have something to offer others, and I want to encourage you to step out in faith.

​Let that message resonate with you.

There is something you can contribute to this overall work. Perhaps you are skilled in helping people become more productive. Maybe you are gifted with guiding couples who are struggling in marriage. Maybe you are the next political leader in your city who wants to help citizens suffering from oppressive policies.

Whatever your gifts, you must learn how to manifest them in a way that makes you a good leader...

... a strong leader, one capable of handling the challenges that come with increase and public notoriety.

And in this lesson, I want to give you the first key to unlocking your leadership potential. If you apply this principle at the beginning of your journey, you will not fail in your endeavors.

​​Wisdom is the Principal Thing | Proverbs 4:7-10

​​The beginning of wisdom is this: Get wisdom.
Though it cost all you have, get understanding.
Cherish her, and she will exalt you;
embrace her, and she will honor you.
She will give you a garland to grace your head
and present you with a glorious crown.

Wisdom is the driving force or Spirit back of The Felecia Killings Foundation and the Conscious Conservative Movement. When it comes to this virtual ministry, I am strict about the direction we are headed because I aim to see this work maintain momentum for 100+ years.

When I first received the seed (or the Word) to launch this virtual platform, I specifically asked the Holy Spirit, "Are you sure you want me to lead a virtual work, given all the slander about me on the internet?"

After receiving confirmation, I then asked the Holy Spirit for wisdom to manifest this thing.

Oxford Language defines "wisdom" as such: "the quality of having experience, knowledge, and good judgment; the quality of being wise; the soundness of an action or decision with regard to the application of experience, knowledge, and good judgment; the body of knowledge and principles that develops within a specified society or period" (Source).

But our working definition will simply be this: Wisdom is knowing the mind of God.

When we consider "wisdom" from this simple understanding, it becomes easier for us to practice wisdom in every aspect of our lives.

For example, when I launched this virtual platform, I specifically asked for wisdom -- or to know God's mind regarding the matter -- so my work became a success.

Wisdom then led me to understanding the science of virtual platforms, online businesses, and building virtual systems. Wisdom drew me to the right experts who could help me develop the framework or craft the right messaging so the right people were attracted to the platform.

Wisdom was my Principal Teacher at the beginning of this venture, and She continues guiding me in every single aspect of this business, movement, and ministry.

I also seek Wisdom regarding insight concerning what is happening in this conservative political space. I make no secret about my Source or where I derive my information. I tell Beloveds His name (Holy Spirit). I also teach Beloveds why they can access Him for themselves so they are not deceived. 

Where else could I gather such accurate information regarding specific moments in this conservative, political space except I seek diligently the mind of God?

Wisdom is the Principal Source of this insight, and She beckons all to come to Her.

Because I made Wisdom my Principal Teacher, She elevated my voice and platform. She brought me public honor when man dishonored me and my name. She made my virtual ministry a national powerhouse in this conservative space. 

For this reason, no man can glory in my success. There is literally not a single person on this earth who can take credit for my elevation.

I give credit where it is due regarding the people who taught me to know Wisdom. But even they did not give me the insight regarding the intricacies of this virtual work and HOW to rise to the top after experiencing virtual shame.

And Wisdom will do wonders for you ... only if you are willing to invest in Her firstly.

Wisdom makes this promise to anyone who adheres to Her:

Blessed are those who find wisdom,
those who gain understanding,
for she is more profitable than silver
and yields better returns than gold.
She is more precious than rubies;
nothing you desire can compare with her.
Long life is in her right hand;
in her left hand are riches and honor.
Her ways are pleasant ways,
and all her paths are peace.
She is a tree of life to those who take hold of her;
those who hold her fast will be blessed. (Source)

To be "blessed" is to be prosperous in spirit, soul, and body. But to experience this blessing, we must know Wisdom, which is to know the mind of God and how He functions.

When I first launched the Conscious Conservative Movement, my declaration to all naysayers was this: I will prove to you, when we do things God's way, we will get His results. 

People mocked me relentlessly and smeared my name because I would not comply with their status quo or preconceived ideas of how I should function.

But I proved to them why applying God's principles, which we acquire through Wisdom, would do wonders for the works we want to see manifested in our nation.

Wisdom aligns Herself with faith-minded individuals. She latches onto people who declare the "impossible," and She shows them how to manifest those "impossible" endeavors using the earthly resources available to us.

Wisdom coupled with Faith make all things possible, and They cannot lie.

When leaders like you make Wisdom your Principal Teacher and Friend, She will lead you towards everything you need to make your vision a reality.

Again, I make no secret as to the Source of my insight, power, and influence. I do not withhold such precious knowledge because I am fully aware that we cannot experience a revival, reformation, or renaissance among our communities UNLESS more leaders are willing to do what is necessary to lead.

Today, Beloved, I urge you to consider the vision you have right now. Are you called to do something outside your small sphere? Do you have a passion for something that will be a blessing to your community? What is that "thing"?

Whatever it is, the first step towards manifesting the vision is to make Wisdom your Chief Advisor. 

Whatever She tells you to do, do it! 

This is the first key to unlocking your leadership potential.
