How the Criminal Justice System Affects Black Women and Why Progressives Celebrate This Systemic Racism When It Targets Black Conservative Women

Issues Surrounding Black Women Continue to be Major Talking Points for Democrats and Progressives

On the Right, however, not nearly enough is said to warrant Black women’s attention.

Yet, recent hearings and arrests related to the January 6th incidents have many Conservatives questioning the legitimacy of the Criminal Justice System.

For years, I’ve taught Beloveds about the Law of Sowing and Reaping.

When we celebrate the violation of rights for others, we can expect our rights to be violated next.

I initially delivered this teaching after witnessing White Conservative pundits lauding the unconstitutional policy, “Stop and Frisk.” Other Black Conservative voices and I told the base that strengthening the arm of government when it is clearly violating the rights of fellow Americans will quickly come back to haunt them.

Enter January 6 and our predictions proved accurate.

Again, the Law of Sowing and Reaping is ALWAYS in effect. And it keeps an accurate account of what we do and say against others.

For this reason, I urge the base to do things a better way so we get better results.

In the Scriptures, we find multiple examples of men and women falsely incarcerated for violating man’s laws, even when those laws violated the principles of God.

In fact, our own Savior was arrested, tried, convicted, and died a criminal’s death. He was considered a “curse” among men for his alleged folly. Deuteronomy 21:23 alludes to this curse further when it states, “His body shall not remain all night upon the tree, but thou shalt in any wise bury him that day; (for he that is hanged is accursed of God;) that thy land be not defiled, which the LORD thy God giveth thee for an inheritance.”

If you’re familiar with the New Testament, you also know the primary writer was sent to prison numerous times.

So were the apostles and many other Biblical figures.

When we read these stories, we rarely feel any emotional sting because their experiences are so far removed from our time line.

Yet, all throughout Ancient History, we find evidence of people who were wrongly convicted, falsely accused, or serving an exorbitant amount of prison time for petty crimes.

The United States is no different.

The Modern Criminal Justice System is a Branch of the Old Slavery System, Which Still Demands Compulsive Labor and Second-Class Citizenry to Americans

In my first conservative book, The Fifteen 20 Rise, I shared with Beloveds a brief history of the Criminal Justice System and why it must matter to them today.

My teachings pulled from the groundbreaking work, The New Jim Crow: Mass Incarceration in the Age of Colorblindness, by Michelle Alexander.

Her book is best summarized here:
The New Jim Crow is a stunning account of the rebirth of a caste-like system in the United States, one that has resulted in millions of African Americans locked behind bars and then relegated to a permanent second-class status—denied the very rights supposedly won in the Civil Rights Movement. Since its publication in 2010, the book has appeared on the New York Times bestseller list for more than a year; been dubbed the ‘secular bible of a new social movement’ by numerous commentators, including Cornel West; and has led to consciousness-raising efforts in universities, churches, community centers, re-entry centers, and prisons nationwide. The New Jim Crow tells a truth our nation has been reluctant to face.

As the United States celebrates its ‘triumph over race’ with the election of Barack Obama, the majority of black men in major urban areas are under correctional control or saddled with criminal records for life. Jim Crow laws were wiped off the books decades ago, but today an extraordinary percentage of the African American community is warehoused in prisons or trapped in a parallel social universe, denied basic civil and human rights—including the right to vote; the right to serve on juries; and the right to be free of legal discrimination in employment, housing, access to education and public benefits. Today, it is no longer socially permissible to use race explicitly as a justification for discrimination, exclusion, and social contempt. Yet as civil-rights-lawyer-turned-legal-scholar Michelle Alexander demonstrates, it is perfectly legal to discriminate against convicted criminals in nearly all the ways in which it was once legal to discriminate against African Americans. Once labeled a felon, even for a minor drug crime, the old forms of discrimination are suddenly legal again. In her words, ‘we have not ended racial caste in America; we have merely redesigned it.’
For those of us who are Constitutionally-conscious, we might ask why such actions are legalized in the “freest” country in the world.

Yet, the answer is listed right in our founding document.

According to the 13th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, “Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction” (emphasis added).

That means your conservative husbands, your conservative fathers, your conservative sons, and yes, your conservative women can and will become this country’s newest “slaves” when your actions violate Progressive laws, even if those laws violate the Constitution.

In other words, you are one Progressive law away from becoming this country’s newest criminal.

Again, I contend the need for the Conservative Alliance with Black Americans is ever present.

How the Criminal Justice System Affects Black Women and Why Progressives Celebrate This Systemic Racism When It Targets Black Conservative Women

Just recently, The 19th News released a report, indicating the incarceration rate among women is increasing, especially among Black women.
Jail populations throughout the country have reverted to nearly pre-pandemic levels after seeing big declines in the early months of 2020. Though women represent a small percentage of the country’s total incarcerated population, their jail incarceration rates have increased more quickly than men’s from 2021 to 2022.

While the number of White women in the daily jail population rose 3 percent from the end of November 2021 to November 2022, the number of Black women grew nearly 15 percent, according to NYU’s database.
The article continues:
The data highlights a larger trend: Women are the country’s fastest-growing incarcerated group. From 2008 to 2018, the women’s jail population grew by 15 percent while men’s decreased by 9 percent, according to federal data. This has been more acute in rural counties.

Women are more likely than men to enter correctional facilities with mental illness and preexisting health conditions, which not only raises their risk of complications in the event of a viral outbreak but also makes them susceptible to significant psychological harm.
Listen to any virtue-signaling, bootlicking Progressive agent, and they will tell you how oppressive the Criminal Justice System is.

As is typical of their talking points, they will use Black Americans in their marketing to prove they are somehow the friend of the Negro.

It’s an age-old tactic used to garner support and votes among this voting bloc; but over the last few years — and especially during this recent Twitter smear against me — Progressives have proven their beloved White Supremacy is useful when targeting their political opponents.

This is nothing new, and it should give pause to Conservatives who are currently watching a bloated “Justice System” launch a massive attack against them.

In Progressive-controlled areas like Chicago, we often read about increased crime. But what we don’t discuss is the exorbitant amount of laws on the books that automatically criminalize community members.

Such behavior is reminiscent of the black codes.
The black codes enacted immediately after the American Civil War, though varying from state to state, were all intended to secure a steady supply of cheap labour, and all continued to assume the inferiority of the freed slaves. There were vagrancy laws that declared a black person to be vagrant if unemployed and without permanent residence; a person so defined could be arrested, fined, and bound out for a term of labour if unable to pay the fine.
Again, nothing has changed. And at a time when Progressives should be on the front lines, celebrating each story in which a Black American citizen beats this form of systemic racism, instead they celebrate its oppression when it can be weaponized against their political opponents.

But there’s so much more happening today.

In other areas like the Bronx, American citizens are being detained in holding facilities for crimes of which they have not been convicted.

Consider the story of Kalief Browder, a teenager who was arrested for allegedly stealing a backpack. He was detained in Rikers for three years before prosecutors eventually dismissed the charges and released him.

His experience in that situation destroyed his mind and spirit; and shortly afterwards, he hanged himself.

It is not uncommon for people who enter this Criminal Justice System to experience similar traumas. Add to it, when you did not commit a crime, and you are forced to plea deal or suffer an extended period dealing with the system, the entire matter destroys you psychologically.

I know this experience first hand, and it’s one I chronicled in my book, To My Beloveds: A Memoir of My Personal Comeback in the Aftermath of My Scandalous Story. You see, even after proving to the ingrates that my case was dismissed and my freedom restored, they still use the system to oppress voices like mine via their “digital lynching.”

They have not changed their ways and they never will.

And that’s why we must show up for “the least of these.”

Very few people have the mental wherewithal to comeback from such a heinous, traumatic event. My story is a testament of what can be done when a person relies entirely on Kingdom laws, spiritual principles, and an intimate relationship with God the Holy Spirit.

This is why I preach and teach these lessons daily on my platform.

I know there are Black men and women who have dealt with the system, whether directly or indirectly, and they struggle to rebuild their lives after enduring that trauma.

Unlike the bootlicking Progressives who use people’s hard, criminal stories against them, The Felecia Killings Foundation and The Conscious Conservative Movement set out to find these individuals and to empower them with greatness based on their God-given purpose.

Each day, I show up to prove how powerful spiritual laws can revolutionize a person when they are applied correctly to one’s life.

No matter what a person has encountered, Kingdom laws work when we work Kingdom laws.

Progressives won’t share that same grace and power with citizens whose ideologies conflict with their own. In fact, the recent smear they launched proves they are in love with their White Supremacy Criminal Justice System when its hammer works hard against its political opponent.

Don’t think for once their recent attack was coincidental.

It wasn’t.

It came on the heels of the immense work we performed in 2022 in Black areas like College Park.

In Georgia, The Movement and I helped deliver a devastating blow to Progressivism’s expansion in this conservative state. And I will show up to do it again and again and again until every Black voter has been given political competition.

And for the women we encounter, we will continue blessing them with tools, resources, and educational materials that helped them thrive.

The Solution Progressives Present to Black America is More Government, Not Less

While they complain about systemic racism and its impact on Black communities, they also demand we fund more of it via heavier taxation.

While they complain about systemic racism and the Criminal Justice System, they create more petty laws that turn American citizens into tools for that system.

Anytime you have a government that arrests a person and detains him for three years for stealing a backpack (a charge that was later dropped), you have a problem in that country.

And now’s the time for Conservatives to get on board and put forth efforts to remove Progressivism’s grip in this nation.
Those efforts will manifest dramatically via effective Black Outreach and the Conservative Alliance.

Moving forward, my heels will remain on Progressivism’s neck. The Conscious Conservative Movement will remain that competing force. And as we continue functioning under the grace and power of God, we will witness the greatest revival and reformation our nation has seen.

I will see to it.

Until next time, Beloved, be blessed.

And as always, let’s grow together!
