Empowering lessons that teach rising leaders about the 10 spiritual laws of Conscious Conservatism and how to use them in the social, political, and economic spheres
"Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you" (Matthew 7:7).We all desire something extraordinary for our lives. The need to succeed is embedded in our DNA. We were born with life-giving power. But too few of us actually tap into that genius. When I was a little girl, my only dream was to become a teacher. Dad witnessed this passion of mine and worked diligently to guide and protect it. Whenever the opportunity presented itself, I tapped into this desire of mine to cultivate this gift because I loved it so much. Before age 10, I began volunteering as a Sunday School teaching assistant at my parents' church. By age 13, I was training other young adults in Biblical stories. By age 17, I would work with our ministry's younger group. Teaching was in my soul. It was my essence. And I knew I could deliver this gift to more young adults by working in the public school system. Over time, as I secured the right training and credentialing, I became a well-known educator within my local community. Simply stated, at an early age, I learned the power of asking for what I strongly desired, because I would ALWAYS receive that thing. According to the KJV Definition, "to ask" means to "strictly demand something: ASK, v.t. Gr. In former times, the English word was pronounced ax, as in the royal style of assenting to bills in Parliament. "Be it as it is axed." This level of "asking" requires a person to recognize his or her position and authority within a given structure. For example, if a king asks for a thing, he will always receive it because of his authority to make that demand. He is not begging someone to give him what he desires. He strictly demands it. The vast majority of people do not function from this "asking" position. Instead, they make requests like beggars vying for food. But when it comes to people who know their God and who understand their position in the earth, our asking demands a specific response. Jesus broke this down further when he taught: Don’t bargain with God. Be direct. Ask for what you need. This is not a cat-and-mouse, hide-and-seek game we’re in. If your little boy asks for a serving of fish, do you scare him with a live snake on his plate? If your little girl asks for an egg, do you trick her with a spider? As bad as you are, you wouldn’t think of such a thing—you’re at least decent to your own children. And don’t you think the Father who conceived you in love will give the Holy Spirit when you ask him?” - Luke 11:10-13 In another passage, Jesus spoke: Which of you, if your son asks for bread, will give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, will give him a snake? If you, then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give good gifts to those who ask him!" - Matthew 7:9-11 The writer in Hebrews wrote: Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need." - Hebrews 4:16 The power to "ask God aright" has been a secret weapon of mine for decades now. It is the reason I can command such authority in this political space, because I have learned how to access God, how to pray His will concerning this work, and How to use His spiritual laws to manifest His power each day. When you know God and you understand how to ask or pray accordingly, you have whatsoever you desire because your desire is in lockstep with His will. You don't make requests for selfish reasons. You do so based on what God wants accomplished in the earth. That is how you ALWAYS get God-like results. In the book of James, the author expressed the importance of asking aright: You desire but do not have, so you kill. You covet but you cannot get what you want, so you quarrel and fight. You do not have because you do not ask God. When you ask, you do not receive, because you ask with wrong motives, that you may spend what you get on your pleasures." - James 4:2-3 When working with my leader-clients, I often ask them to consider their vision, their mission, their message, and their financial goals for their work. I inquire about these elements because they must know how to ask God for the things they need to manifest their goals. Some visions will require millions of dollars to finance. Others will only take several thousands, depending on the scope of their work. But whatever they need to make their work a success, they must first learn how to write their visions down and make strict demands of God to help them manifest their visions. Yes, you read that correctly. Strictly demand of God what you need to carry out the work HE called you to do. Be specific in your requests and do not bargain with Him. He desires to give you good things because He wants other people to know Him through your testimony and relationship. Not too many people are bold enough to come before God's throne with this mindset, because they fear God in a way that suggests he hates them. They do not understand Kingdom behavior and authority. As such, they often ask God for things, yet come out unfulfilled. They have not learned to ask aright. Beloved, in this new era, I want to teach you how to tap into your God-given abilities so you thrive as one of His leaders in the earth.
