Empowering lessons that teach rising leaders about the 10 spiritual laws of Conscious Conservatism and how to use them in the social, political, and economic spheres
How to Build a Movement Around Your Thought Leadership and Scale Your Platform to National Heights5/4/2024 Back in early 2016, the Holy Spirit asked, "Felecia, where is your message?" This was one of His rhetorical questions to me, much like when God asked Adam, "Where are you?"
Naturally, the Holy Spirit knew the message I would bring. But I needed to search Him deeply to learn more about the message He wanted me to deliver. After spending time with Him, I realized my national platform would focus on two elements: revival and reformation. To this day, I preach this basic message, showing how we will experience both elements in our social, political, and economic spaces when we learn to do things God's way. Years later, this empowering Kingdom message has generated billions of impressions. My current online audience sits around 40,000+ people. And God has opened doors for me to impact millions of people through conservative media. All this is the result of employing an effective marketing tool that garners the masses around a simple, yet powerful message. That tool: creating a national movement. And in this lesson, I want to teach you how to get started in launching your own.

Teaching Leaders the 10-Step Process for Building Their Leadership Platforms Using Their Authorship5/3/2024 What does it take to get your message to the masses? When looking at today's top-tier thought leaders, do you often wonder how your vision can reach their heights in the social, political, or economic spheres?
For today's Empowering Post, I want to teach you key principles that will help you establish your new leadership platform, starting now. More specifically, you will learn the 10-step process necessary for building your work, including:
Quite often, new leaders do not see their books as a part of something bigger. They do not treat their books as an extension of their personal or professional brand. They see it as simply a work that should easily generate income “because God told them to write it.” But when it comes to building a leadership platform that reaches the masses in the social, political, and economic spheres, leaders who experience the greatest rewards are the ones who have an entrepreneurial mindset. Nothing in this industry happens by chance or luck. There are systems, strategies, and procedures that guarantee one's success. When you understand these processes, you are better equipped to excel. And within this Guide, I will teach you how to create the road map to your success. Now, let's get started. 25 Rules of Thought Leadership: Mastering the Steps Needed to Build, Launch, and Scale Your Platform5/2/2024 Back in high school, I played volleyball with the school team. I loved the sport and developed my skills over time.In order to win any match, both teams had to understand the rules of the game. We weren’t allowed to touch the net when the match was in session. We couldn’t “palm” the ball to get it over the net. We had a series of rules, and if they were broken, we received a penalty.
Rules are also applied to any number of games. Chess. Checkers. Baseball. Football. You name it. These guidelines were meant to level the playing field so everyone had a chance of winning. They also prevented players from cheating. In like manner, when it comes to thought leadership, there are guidelines that have been established to help you reach your intended audience so they are always empowered. When working with my clients, one of the first lessons I teach is, "You are not called to minister to everyone. Your books and leadership platform will focus on one type of person. Know who that person is, for there will be thousands more just like him or her."In the business world, we call this "niching down." In other words, we teach why one of the best ways to differentiate yourself in this crowded space is to focus on a segment within the general population, and create content, services, and products that solve that segment's problems.
For example, back in 2016 when I started taking my business and ministry seriously, I focused my attention on Christian authors and speakers. I created a coaching program that helped each one thrive in their venture. When other people observed my work, some asked if I'd be willing to work with those outside my niche (of Christian publishing). Nine times out of 10, my response was "no," because I wanted to be known in this virtual space as a Christian Writerpreneur's coach. I identified this niche or market by locating a problem that needed solving. I knew God had anointed writers in the earth who could help spread His message. But such folks knew little about thriving in their calling. Many of them wanted to know how to generate wealth using their gifts, because they wanted to commit to their work of ministry full-time. A couple of years later, my leadership platform morphed into the political powerhouse that many people know today. But the strategies I learned in the early stages of my online business worked, and that's what I want to teach you today. When it comes to walking in your calling and creating your leadership platform, you must identify the EXACT people you are called to serve. One of the easiest ways to start this process is by examining the story you will use as the center for your work. In other words, your life's experience will often indicate the people you are called to serve. For example, if you've been sexually assaulted and God brought healing and restoration to you, perhaps you're called to minister to other women in that situation. Maybe you're a single mother who learned how to navigate this world without government assistance. Your ideal readers, consumers, and platform followers will be other single mothers. Even if other leaders are tackling the same issue you want to address in your work, no one can reach everyone. It will be your unique proposition -- your virtual thumbprint -- that will set you a part from others. Establishing thought leadership is paramount to your success in this virtual space. To get a deeper understanding of this marketing science, read my previous lesson, "Understanding Thought Leadership."
If you want to build a powerful leadership platform, you must demonstrate your intellect and ability to solve problems for the people God called you to serve. In this teaching, I want to share my top 10 trends that will help leaders like you elevate your voice and message in this crowded online space. While there are other marketing trends out there, this unique perspective will show you how to apply those technical strategies into more actionable outputs. More specifically, these trends include:
Now, let's get into this lesson. What does it mean to be a thought leader?Much like blogging, thought leadership has morphed into a powerful marketing strategy that helps boost a leader's reputation, both online and offline. When working with my clients, I share this basic definition: Thought Leadership is the art of influencing the masses to make substantial changes that bring healing, deliverance, and empowerment on a local, state, or national level. Using the power of the written and spoken word, thought leaders convey their expert knowledge through carefully crafted content that delivers actionable solutions to our world's most challenging problems." - Coach Felecia Killings The more you scour the internet, the more you will find various methods for building your thought leadership. But in this guide, I want to teach you the same framework I deliver to my clients during our bi-annual leadership convention.
Let's get into this teaching. When it comes to success, what image pops in your mind? If you are like most new leaders, it’s hard to tell what will and will not work. We are all looking for that perfect formula or that secret weapon that will catapult us into our next level.
But the truth is, there is only one path that leads to success, and it’s a journey any person can take as long as he or she is willing to make the strides. Success is not relegated to one person’s interpretation, but rather a set of God-given laws that guarantee triumph. And that’s what I want to address in this next lesson. I want to discuss 13 specific factors that lead to your success in your online business, virtual ministry, or political platform. Whenever teaching a new group of people, I start with the basic foundation: spiritual laws and Kingdom principles. As most Beloveds know, I pull my teachings and revelation from the Scriptures, Jesus’s words, and the Holy Spirit’s inspiration. I recognize that while my faith is rooted in these truths, not everyone in the Beloved Tribe acquaints themselves with Christianity, and that’s okay. In truth, you will rarely hear me call myself a Christian. Instead, I identify as a Believer, a daughter of God, and a mouthpiece in His Kingdom.
When Jesus walked the earth, He didn’t come to establish a religion (like Christianity). He brought the Kingdom and its message to the people. He functioned under the Holy Spirit’s direction. For this reason, He could perform many signs and wonders. Today, the Holy Spirit rests on anyone — and I mean ANYONE — who says “Yes!” to Him. "Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you" (Matthew 7:7).We all desire something extraordinary for our lives.
The need to succeed is embedded in our DNA. We were born with life-giving power. But too few of us actually tap into that genius. When I was a little girl, my only dream was to become a teacher. Dad witnessed this passion of mine and worked diligently to guide and protect it. Whenever the opportunity presented itself, I tapped into this desire of mine to cultivate this gift because I loved it so much. Teaching Leaders How to Handle Public Persecution and Secure Victories, No Matter Their Hard Story4/13/2024 What does leadership look like to you? Is it the glamour, the fame, and the notoriety that comes with your name and brand? Or is leadership a byproduct of something far more divine and purpose-driven?
Leadership is one of the most rewarding and challenging callings. But when you learn how to use Kingdom principles to guide your journey, you will discover the secrets to winning any battle and securing victories, no matter your hard story. |
