 During Election 2024, as I delivered my political consultancy on Twitter — both to conservative voters and the Republican candidates — I observed a fatal flaw in Trump’s campaign promotions as it related to his possible second term. At the time, Trump had encountered several political attacks, none more pressing than his multiple arrests and the eventual attempted assassination at his rally. In response to the events, one word pressed forth vehemently during his campaign: vengeance. Several articles pointed towards this message. When I became privy to it during the 2024 campaign, I responded with, “We don’t vote for a vengeful government. We vote for a just one.” I continued pushing that message on Twitter, knowing his camp and those within the higher political echelon watched my work. Within a short time, Trump’s camp adjusted its message, declaring, “[Trump’s] revenge will be [the nation’s] success.” In other words, rather than taking vengeance against the people who tried destroying him, he would focus on the country’s economic and social success. A bold, motivational message at the time; but also a broken promise given what we’re witnessing today. Time will not permit me to fully expose the reasons for Trump’s current political demise; and to do so would pull me away from my primary message in today’s teaching. The matter I want to focus on is the concept of vengeance and forgiveness in this conservative political space. More specifically, what are God’s Children supposed to do when political influences, like MAGA influencers or politicians like Trump, demand vengeance when God’s Kingdom calls them to practice the Law of Forgiveness? To any wise child of God, the answer is simple: Obey God. Shun evil. Listen to the Holy Spirit above any man who teaches an opposite message. But in practice, the Law of Forgiveness often proves more challenging. In a previous lesson, I discussed 7 key spiritual lessons God’s Children are learning through the Karmelo Anthony and Jeff Metcalf stories. In it, I briefly highlighted the ways in which MAGA grassroots leaders are demanding vengeance and race wars while the father requires the opposite. For example, just weeks after Austin Metcalf’s killing, a “Protect White Americans” rally was held in Texas — during Holy Week — to protest Karmelo Anthony’s bail release. The protest was an abject failure, only resulting in a few dozen White protesters in attendance. The leader, Jake Lang, a pardoned J6er and candidate for Florida’s Senate seat, exacerbated matters when he spoke directly with Austin’s father, Jeff Metcalf, and called him “weak” for not supporting their anti-Black protest. Simply stated: MAGA wanted vengeance. Jeff Metcalf wanted peace and forgiveness. Two contradictory “solutions” to one common problem. From Heaven’s purview, the people are being presented with options on how best to move forward during what continues to be a racially-hostile political environment. On one hand, MAGA’s leadership — Trump included — continues to campaign on the concept of vengeance. On the other hand — God’s Children (Evangelicals) — demand a just government. After all, we are expected to support leadership that aligns with God’s Kingdom principles. Two options. One common problem. What God’s Children decide to do will determine the nation’s direction, because the Evangelical base — numbering in the hundreds of millions — dictates the conservative political landscape. In observing these events, I want you, Beloved, to consider the pathway forward. If you knew your next words and actions had the power to shape the kind of America you desire, would you choose vengeance or forgiveness as your solution? In choosing vengeance, do you have the proper spiritual qualifications to issue accurate, righteous judgments and punishments against those who do wrong? Do you have all the facts needed to make a wise assessment? And are you in position to judge others when you have sins of your own for which to account? Or is forgiveness the better option? In doing so, you remove yourself from the situation, allowing God’s Law of Vengeance to handle matters while also witnessing man’s laws assess situations in the courts. Is it not wiser for God’s Children to remain focused on doing things God’s way if we truly want His results? Or will God’s Children choose a vengeful pathway led by unjust humans who have no relationship with God, no connection to humanity, and no clear conscience? My advice to God’s Children is simple: Stay hidden in the Kingdom of God. Know the Holy Spirit for yourself. Whatever He tells you to do, do it. Trust God’s perfect Laws to do the work you could never accomplish. And practice the Law of Forgiveness, for it is a greater weapon than you realize. When it comes to political matters, be practical in your approach. Become legally-minded. Know the laws of the land and require the courts to uphold those laws so they ensure our protection and security. Divorce yourself from wicked, lying, racist leadership, especially at the grassroots MAGA level. Demand excellence from the political leaders who secured your votes. Above all else, never become the evil you hate. The Law of Forgiveness enables you to accomplish this while fulfilling your purpose and walking in your leadership calling. I guarantee, Beloved, when you learn to do things God’s way, you will ALWAYS get His results, even in the political spheres.
