Greetings, Beloved, and Welcome to My Leadership Networks

I am Coach Felecia Killings, Founder of My Beloved Women's Ministry and My Beloved Women's Leadership Training and Development Program.

In June 2020, I launched this Virtual Ministry on Facebook and Twitter as a tool to equip God's daughters for greatness. After all, women are vital to the Kingdom of God. We play a unique role; and when given the proper guidance and tools for success, we function fully in our grace so lives are changed for the better. But oftentimes, we encounter traumatic hardships that destroy our confidence, self-worth, and future calling. 

From domestic-violent relationships to sexual assaults, some women struggle to rebuild their lives once they've been violated.

This is not God's purpose for His daughters.

Therefore, My Beloved Women's Ministry helps these women transform from the inside out. Through my weekly coaching sessions and virtual community, I help women blossom in their calling as they build and cultivate healthy social, political, and economic empires.

In addition, I am the Founder of The Conscious Conservative Movement (CCM) and our CCM Leadership Training and Development Program.

In January 2019, I launched this Movement because of my passion to see authentic conservatism tailored to Black communities suffering from Progressivism. In addition, I recognized the need for empowering leadership development among rising Conservative Leaders who were ready to get results based on doing things God's way.
My Beloved Women's Leadership Network provides weekly training and support to women who are ready to experience spiritual, emotional, mental, financial, and physical healing. When the woman is whole, she is able to minister effectively as a wife, mother, community leader, ministry leader, and career woman.

Our vision is to equip 3,000 women leaders every year through our virtual training hub, and our mission is to deliver spiritual insight and practical development that release healing, deliverance, and economic opportunities to God's daughters.

As a member in our leadership network, women receive lessons that teach them:
  • How to know the Holy Spirit intimately so He empowers them for great success
  • How to fight for their healing while possessing it for a lifetime
  • How to use the virtual space to create new career opportunities
  • How to build healthy relationships and strong support systems

The CCM Leadership Network provides weekly training and support to rising leaders who are ready to understand conservative principles, authentic Black History, strategies for effective outreach, leadership development, and tools for developing their branded political platforms.

Our vision is to equip 3,000 rising leaders every year through our virtual training hub who will focus on key issues in the social, political, and economic spheres. By developing each client as a subject matter expert and thought leader, we will infuse Conscious Conservatism into all facets of the American life so communities learn how to prosper.

Killings Communications Leadership Training and Development delivers a monthly service offering to non-profit organizational leaders and team members whose mission is to solve social, political, or economic problems within the communities they serve. By developing an effective, strategic communications plan and executing that plan based on proven data results, each non-profit organization will increase in brand awareness, increase in funding for each one’s mission, and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

When working with non-profit organizations as a Communications Specialist, Coach Felecia teaches leaders and their teams how to execute her signature communications plan: The Killings Communications Formula. This plan includes:

  • Evaluating an organization’s current vision, mission, and core message to determine its effectiveness;
  • Developing a branded motto and signature keywords that become the monikers of an organization’s national movement;
  • Creating an aggressive 12-month marketing plan that encompasses email marketing, blogging, book publishing, and social networking;
  • And connecting with independent and mainstream media outlets to each organization to national heights.

For over 20 years, Felecia Killings has dedicated her life to empowering her community. She has been a staple leader in her home church, an educator to thousands of students, and a political voice for the disenfranchised.

In 2019, she launched The Conscious Conservative Movement as a national grassroots work that provides political competition to Black voters. Every Fall season, she hosts her CCM Leadership Convention and voter registration event to help Conservatives and Black voters build an alliance.

In 2020, she launched My Beloved Women's Ministry to provide social and economic support to women and single mothers who want to rebuild their lives after experiencing trauma. Every Spring season, she hosts her My Beloved Women's Leadership Convention and career fair for women who want to improve their economic and social spheres.
