 Greetings Beloved,Over the last few days, I've shared wisdom regarding effective leadership traits that help you walk in your purpose fully. In one lesson, I taught how exercising 10 characteristics transforms an ordinary leader into an extraordinary voice. In this new lesson, I want to teach you the power of empathy and how it can make you an effective witness of the values you preach as a Conservative. Empathy is best defined as "the ability to understand and share the feelings of another." Within the Conscious Conservative Movement, we place this characteristic under the umbrella of the Law of Mercy and Grace. To explicate, The 2nd pillar of Conscious Conservatism is the Law of Mercy and Grace. Empathy is often lacking in the political space. Hostility is a norm. As such, it becomes difficult to enact viable solutions on the people's behalf. But that does not mean we should neglect doing things God's way. Why? Because we want His results. To help illustrate this point, I took time to interview Demetrius Minor, a fellow Black Conservative whose passion is for the success of Black Americans. During our chat, we talked about the recent overturning of Roe v. Wade, the abortion issue, the pro-life work, and how the life-giving message must be applied from craddle to the grave. Minor took us deeper into the analysis by proving how the authentic pro-life message should equally apply to those trapped in the Criminal Justice System. This point was most captivating. And I invite you to watch my newest episode of "How We Did It" right here. As you observe the teachings, take time to meditate on the core message. Then ask yourself: Am I empathetic? Do I know how to relate to others on a deeper level? Can I "walk two moons in another man's moccassins?" These are questions to consider. When you answer them truthfully and learn to apply empathy effectively, you will discover how easier it is to build the Alliance with fellow Americans who NEED a conservative machine present to uproot Progressivism's stronghold in Black Communities nationwide.
