My Beloved Women 1 | Teaching Women the Importance of Building Social, Political, and Economic Empires in This New Decade
Welcome to My Beloved Women, a blog dedicated to helping you blossom in your calling as you build social, political, and economic empires.
I am Felecia Killings, Founder and CEO of The Felecia Killings Foundation. Since 2011, I've worked with women as their online business and virtual ministry coach. By helping them tell their stories -- no matter how scandalous they may be -- women have learned to position themselves as empowering leaders in their communities.
Back in 2016, my virtual platform exploded into a national powerhouse within the conservative political space. At this level, I've virtually coached rising leaders, including politicians, activists, podcasters, authors, and other content creators. I teach them how to craft their message so the right people listen. And in doing so, their platforms will reach millions.
My teachings have been well-received; and within the last 18 months, my scholars in Twitter Class have increased from 300 to 9,000+ followers. And it's still growing!
As more people embrace the empowering message, I've noticed the ones who primarily apply the practical lessons are men. I am grateful for this, because men's voices must be in the forefront as well.
But what is lacking in the conservative space are female voices and content creators who can deliver their gifts on this predominantly male platform. (Throughout My Beloved Women's Ministries, I will refer to this segment of women as "Esthers.")
In the first phase of Twitter Class, I focused a lot of attention on empowering Black men. I told Conservatives, "If you want to win, you must give the platform to Black men. They will be your greatest ally in this political fight." It took a couple years of ongoing teaching, but Beloveds now see the value of that message. As such, more Black men in our space have launched new podcasts to bring their unique perspective to the Conservative space.
But it's equally important for me to empower the women here, because we have a part and share in this great Kingdom work, too. We have a voice, a story, and a message; and YahWeh has granted us the unique ability to use our gifts to empower our communities.
Quite often, women focus on the social aspects. We are concerned with the internal well-being or the soul of a nation. Our hearts feel the pulse of a community; and if we had all the resources to fund our visions, we would easily put that money to work on the people's behalf.
As I share with the rising male leaders who come to The Foundation for empowerment, I also share with you, Beloved Women: You must see yourself as an integral part of this Kingdom work. You must learn to identify the purpose for your existence. You must find your message and articulate it clearly. You must learn how to turn your story into a ministry of deliverance.
And so, with this first lesson in My Beloved Women Blog, I want to teach you about the importance of building your own social, political, and economic empire in this new decade. At times, I will speak to the married women in our space; at other times, I will minister to the single mothers or young women. But at the heart of it all, I will bring you a message that will cause you to flourish in your grace and calling.
So, without delay, let's get into this first teaching.
Understanding Kingdom Principles and How They Inject Themselves in Our Space
Whenever teaching a new group of people, I start with the basic foundation: spiritual laws and Kingdom principles.
As most folks know, I pull my teachings and revelation from the Scriptures, Yeshua's words, and the Holy Spirit's inspiration. I recognize that while my faith is rooted in these truths, not everyone in the Beloved Tribe acquaints themselves with Christianity. In truth, you will rarely hear me call myself a Christian. Instead, I identify as a Believer, a daughter of God, and a mouthpiece in His Kingdom.
When Yeshua walked the earth, He didn't come to establish a religion (like Christianity). He brought the Kingdom and its message to the people. He functioned under the Holy Spirit's direction. For this reason, He could perform many signs and wonders.
Today, the Holy Spirit rests on anyone -- and I mean ANYONE -- who says "Yes!" to Him.
Religion places unbearable conditions on people, which often pose as a stumbling block to the Kingdom message. But relationship with the Holy Spirit -- who reveals all truths and shows us things to come (John 16) -- removes barriers.
The Holy Spirit anoints even the worst of the worst with the ability to preach the Kingdom message (study Paul's story to learn more). And for that reason, I preach heavily that in today's time, during this revival and reformation, the Holy Spirit will use the "least of these."
When we approach our spheres from this perspective, it's easier for us to see how Kingdom principles inject themselves in our social, political, and economic spaces.
For example, one of the most important spiritual laws is the Law of Love: "A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another" (John 13:34 NIV).
When we understand what love is, we realize how it can manifest in our world. If we love our neighbor, we won't murder him. If we love our communities, we won't create policies that destroy them. If we love our spouses, we won't abuse them.
Spiritual laws and Kingdom principles are embedded in our worlds; and when we use them in service of God and man, we reap the blessing.
The Essence of Conscious Conservatism
Most Black Conservative influencers you see brought themselves into the limelight within the last four years.
I, on the other hand, was pushed into this space. The Holy Spirit had a message to deliver to the people in this sphere; and back when I was a teenager, I promised Him I would deliver whatever He wanted me to bring. Little did I know He wanted this message brought to this political arena.
As I observed the regular happenings in the general Conservative Movement, I noticed how the people and their prophets used the Lord's name as the basis for dehumanizing people groups. This behavior reflected what I read in history books, but to see it play out in real time was astounding.
As I spoke against the godless ideas, I also taught why conservatism continues losing because we are abusing spiritual laws and calling it a God-thing. If we aim to conserve truths or to conserve certain social traditions, then we needed to do things God's way so we obtained His results.
Out of those teachings emerged a new movement and message called the Conscious Conservative message. Simply put, this Movement puts our focus back on God's laws (Kingdom principles) and shows how our consciousness must be locked into God's consciousness. If we apply His precepts in our communities, we will witness revival, reformation, and a renaissance.
As you well know, Beloved, the message has reached millions in less than one year. It's growing acceptance is felt among all people. As someone who focuses her attention on Black Empowerment, I simply apply this Kingdom-focused message to Black communities, using them as an example of what other leaders can do in their respective circles.
I don't relegate the Kingdom message to our churches or religious spaces. That's not why the Kingdom is here. Instead, I bring the message to "the four corners of the earth" -- or in my case, the many facets of worldly spheres -- because it is just that powerful.
Politics is not mutually exclusive.
In fact, the Kingdom of God is its own type of government. Therefore, it only makes sense that a Kingdom message be injected in our politics, because a Kingdom message guarantees long-term success.
For this reason, the essence of Conscious Conservatism is to build social, political, and economic empires based on Kingdom principles,
And Beloved Women -- God's Esthers -- have a part to play in this era.
Building Social Empires Based on Kingdom Principles
When focusing on social empires, I will come from the perspective of the nuclear family. As most are well-familiar, if our small units thrive, then our collective units flourish respectively.
For the most part, when discussing this element as it pertains to women, I am targeting wives.
This discussion does not diminish the impact of single women. This segment has a way of empowering the social structure by contributing as single parents or community leaders. Today, we have a plethora of content to empower such women, and The Foundation has its own services that bless them; but not much is delivered in the way of addressing wives with this Conscious Conservative message.
So, I will devote time to empowering wives who contribute most of their gifts to their social nuclear empire.
As you will often hear me preach, women play a significant role in exercising dominion.
This gift does not diminish once we say "I do." In fact, our ability to thrive should be valued as the second brain power in the family unit. To express this point more clearly, I will pull an excerpt from Conscious Black Conservatism:
Wives are a blessing to men. When YahWeh looked at Man, He said, “It is not good for man to be alone” (Genesis 2:18, emphasis added).
When wives know their purpose, however it may look, the sole expression of that purpose is to empower the family unit; and this strengthens the social empires that eventually impact the community.
Building Political Empires Based on Kingdom Principles
Within the general conservative space, women are often discouraged from acquiring leadership positions in the political arena. Our church leaders are at fault for this, for they condition their congregants to believe women are second to men.
In one Twitter Class session, I explained to the men in our space that by preventing principled women from exercising their own type of dominion, we leave the vacuum open for other women to fill. Case in point: If a Conservative woman is called to run for office, but Conservatives prevent her success because she's a female, the opposing, progressive side will fill the vacuum with a woman who will implement those destructive policies.
In that same lesson, I taught how God gave both Adam and Eve dominion on the earth (Genesis 1-2). Only in the case of marriage did YahWeh command the woman to submit to a man. But in every respect, women have the mind power to create and execute political structures that benefit communities.
For the longest time -- even to this day -- Conservatives fought against women in political positions. Sure, they will allow a couple of them to win, but they are hell-bent on suppressing female leadership. As such, many Conservative women have left the movement and found acceptance on the Democrat side. While they may not adhere to the core tenets of Liberalism, these women felt the unction to hold political office; and they went where they were accepted.
In truth, the Conservative Movement is at fault for their own losses. It's not as if God has only anointed Democrat women to be political leaders. Rather, the Conservative Movement has hindered women's progress, all the while claiming God doesn't want women to be in leadership positions.
For this reason, I continue to push back against this destructive ideology on the Right, because YahWeh has Esthers in the earth who will perform His wonders.
Esther, when you read her story, was one of the most powerful political leaders in all history. I know many Christians like to paint her as this docile woman; but she had a unique ability to persuade her husband, the king, to save an entire nation.
Esther didn't wield a single sword; she didn't fight a single war.
She simply used her words and her political access to garner the king's favor while saving her people.
A woman did that!
Not a male.
Had it not been for Esther, the Jews would have been annihilated in that region.
Today, we have this same gift: God's Esthers in the earth. He has daughters in the land who have a message that will save a community. His Esthers will be granted favorable opportunities to present policies or messages that empower the nation. His Esthers are focused on His laws and precepts, because they know His principles work.
And regardless of what Conservatives think, YahWeh isn't asking them for permission to use His own daughters in this hour. He will do it, with or without their support; and I have positioned myself to encourage and train other Esthers to do the work, because the Kingdom of God is at hand.
If you, Beloved, feel called to run for office or to launch a political platform, the time is now. YahWeh granted us with our own ability to exercise dominion. And by working hand-in-hand with empowering men, you can bring the change you want to see in your communities.
Building Economic Empires Based on Kingdom Principles
In recent study, we discovered women business owners comprised over 40% of US companies. Back in 2011, I entered this entrepreneur space as a way to care for me and my daughter; and since then, I've helped other women launch their online businesses or virtual ministries.
Building economic empires in this hour has never been more accessible. Thanks in large part to the Internet, women can monetize their gifts while empowering their homes and communities.
As a coach, I often encourage women to step into this virtual space as a measure for increasing their wealth. Too often, Black communities, for example, are left behind the economic shift because of lack of knowledge. Meanwhile, other groups master these systems while benefiting from our ongoing social justice fights.
Because so much focus is placed on battling one area, Black Americans often neglect the economic space as it relates to ownership and equity. Being the controllers of our own economies allows us to impact our communities when other groups refuse to hire us.
While fighting against racism is noble, we cannot neglect our economics. And one of the best strategies for future progress is to train women to own online businesses or virtual ministries so our money works in our favor.
Within The Foundation, we provide opportunities for women to learn the virtual space. Whether a woman earns $500 a month in additional income or $5,000 a month, mastering this sphere is crucial. And because the Internet has allowed women to monetize their gifts, we must do our part to take advantage of it.
As a member of My Beloved Women's Ministries, I will continue providing this online development to you.
In Conclusion ...
Today's women play an integral part in this Kingdom work.
Whether you are a mother, daughter, single mom, or new business owner, you have something to contribute to the overall good of your community.
It first begins with your small unit. From there, you can empower people in your sphere of influence. Over time, if your vision includes a national platform, you can manifest that dream.
And as I continue to grow The Foundation, I will ensure that the women in our space receive the spiritual and practical insight that will help them blossom.
Until next lesson, Beloved ... we continue growing together!
The Law of Sowing and Reaping is ALWAYS in Effect
We understand their role and position, and we empower them to function fully in their grace so lives are changed for the better.
At The Foundation, we purpose to help these women blossom in their calling as they build social, political, and economic empires in this new decade.
We believe that when each woman functions in her grace, we will see the greatest revival and reformation our nation has ever witnessed.
