The Felecia Killings Foundation Announces Its $1M Fundraising Initiatives to Train Leaders for Effective Black Outreach and the Conservative Alliance between 2022-2024

The Felecia Killings Foundation is a national organization that equips rising leaders who are called to empower their communities with Conscious Conservatism.

Since 2020, the Conscious Conservative Movement, a branch of The Foundation's overall work, has reached millions of people online with strategic tools for building the Alliance with Black voters via effective outreach.

Each year, new leaders gather together for their annual Conscious Conservative Leadership Convention in Atlanta, Georgia. During the 3-day event, attendees receive expert training from today’s leading Conservative voices on how to build a powerful political platform, perform a successful political campaign, network with top leaders to grow their political network, and develop their work of ministry using the virtual space. In addition, these leaders will learn how to effectively evangelize the Conscious Conservative message in Black communities nationwide so conservatism remains the dominant ideology in our country.

To accomplish their 2022-2024 goals, Felecia Killings, Award-Winning Coach, Founder, and CEO of The Foundation and the Movement, aims to train 1,000 men and women leaders who will perform effective Black Outreach that leads to the Conservative Alliance.

She stated,

Faith is substance. It is evidence of what we hope for, proof of what we have yet to see in the natural. Since 2016, I knew God wanted to equip millions of leaders to help their communities grow. But too many leaders struggled to walk in their purpose because they lacked training and self-confidence. This is especially evident in the conservative political space, namely among Black Americans who identify as Republican or Conservative. There is presently no structure to deliver advanced training solutions that teach candidates or other leaders how to build, launch, and maintain a platform that transforms a community based on conservative values. The Foundation, therefore, will fill this void.

She continued,

Our goal is to provide an empowering educational and practical learning experience for rising leaders who will then use their voice, their stories, and their platforms to evangelize conservatism in predominantly Black communities. Today, we have evidence proving that the last 100 years of Progressivism resulted in complete destruction for Black areas.

"Broken family structures. The school-to-prison pipeline, otherwise known as Progressive education. Abject poverty. And the over-emphasis of death to our Black babies and Black Wealth ... these factors have resulted in our collective demise. Yet, while the Democrat machine fostered these social, political, and economic woes, the Republican Party abandoned this voting bloc.

"That stops now."

For decades, the Republican Party has ignored Black voters. Rather than waiting for the GOP to do its work, Felecia Killings and her team developed an effective plan for outreach, which will be used to train leaders now and in the years to come.

Felecia added,

This is just the start! The Felecia Killings Foundation provides the educational materials and training solutions to all current and future members and leaders inside the Conscious Conservative Movement. From there, we equip them to launch their own platforms based on the Movement's philosophy. These topics include financial independence, business development, Constitutional understanding, life insurance, marriage, parenting, and more. We then bring all these elements under the protection of conservative politics, which essentially eradicates Progressivism in our local communities.

Since January 2020, The Felecia Killings Foundation has been 100% sponsored by small and large givers. It currently hosts four fundraising campaigns that provide its members options for making their contributions.

Because The Foundation is a for-profit organization, we reward our Beloved Givers with access to our Donors Vault in exchange for their donations. Our vault contains our best-selling e-books and e-courses, which currently value at $355. For a donation of $10 or more, anyone can access this education, which has blessed thousands of families so far. In addition, we offer larger sponsorship packages to businesses who want to partner with a community-based organization like ours in exchange for marketing opportunities and business consultation services. This strategy has been most useful in terms of giving our leaders full freedom to preach the Kingdom message, endorse solid Conservative Candidates to Black voters, and generate income based on the cheerful givings of our Beloved members."

According to non-profit regulations, an organization cannot receive 501(c)3 status if it aims to endorse political candidates. This stipulation has often silenced other ministries and their leaders from speaking the Truth and putting support behind Conservative Candidates who will work in the best interests of their communities.

The Foundation's mission to empower rising leaders includes showing them how to use current systems to bring forth their empowering message while delivering tangible results that impact Black communities for the next 100 years.

Between 2022-2024, The Foundation is on a mission to raise $1,000,000 to fund this national leadership training and outreach in time for the upcoming Presidential election.
