Why Women Leaders are Crucial to Building Social, Political & Economic Empires in This Next Round
Greetings Beloved,
Over the years, as I observed the regular happenings in the general Conservative Movement, I noticed how the people and their prophets used the Lord's name as the basis for dehumanizing people groups. This behavior reflected what I read in history books, but to see it play out in real time was astounding.
As I spoke against the godless ideas, I also taught why conservatism continues losing because we are abusing spiritual laws and calling it a God-thing. If we aim to conserve truths or to conserve certain social traditions, then we needed to do things God's way so we obtained His results.
Out of those teachings emerged a new movement and message called the Conscious Conservative message. Simply put, this Movement puts our focus back on God's laws (Kingdom principles) and shows how our consciousness must be locked into God's consciousness. If we apply His precepts in our communities, we will witness revival, reformation, and a renaissance.
As you well know, Beloved, the message has reached millions in less than one year. It's growing acceptance is felt among all people. As someone who focuses her attention on Black Empowerment, I simply apply this Kingdom-focused message to Black communities, using them as an example of what other leaders can do in their respective circles.
I don't relegate the Kingdom message to our churches or religious spaces. That's not why the Kingdom is here. Instead, I bring the message to "the four corners of the earth" -- or in my case, the many facets of worldly spheres -- because it is just that powerful.
Politics is not mutually exclusive.
In fact, the Kingdom of God is its own type of government. Therefore, it only makes sense that a Kingdom message be injected in our politics, because a Kingdom message guarantees long-term success.
For this reason, the essence of Conscious Conservatism is to build social, political, and economic empires based on Kingdom principles.
And Beloved Women -- God's Esthers -- have a part to play in this era.

Building Social Empires Based on Kingdom Principles
When focusing on social empires, I will come from the perspective of the nuclear family. As most are well-familiar, if our small units thrive, then our collective units flourish respectively.
For the most part, when discussing this element as it pertains to women, I am targeting wives.
This discussion does not diminish the impact of single women. This segment has a way of empowering the social structure by contributing as single parents or community leaders. Today, we have a plethora of content to empower such women, and The Foundation has its own services that bless them; but not much is delivered in the way of addressing wives with this Conscious Conservative message.
So, I will devote time to empowering wives who contribute most of their gifts to their social nuclear empire.
As you will often hear me preach, women play a significant role in exercising dominion.
This gift does not diminish once we say "I do." In fact, our ability to thrive should be valued as the second brain power in the family unit. To express this point more clearly, I will pull an excerpt from Conscious Black Conservatism:

This gift does not diminish once we say "I do." In fact, our ability to thrive should be valued as the second brain power in the family unit. To express this point more clearly, I will pull an excerpt from Conscious Black Conservatism:
Wives are a blessing to men. When YahWeh looked at Man, He said, “It is not good for man to be alone” (Genesis 2:18, emphasis added).
It is true: Woman was created for Man, not the other way around. To the women who embrace this principle, they will discover how easy it is to find high-quality men who embrace Wisdom and wholesome leadership.
A wife is more than a companion. She is the second brain power in the social empire. She is equally important to the Unit’s dominion. She is not a second-class citizen in the Kingdom. She brings unique strategies and input to the overall vision. She receives her husband’s seed, both figuratively (his vision) and literally (the offspring), nurturing it until the seed fully forms.
When wives know their purpose, however it may look, the sole expression of that purpose is to empower the family unit; and this strengthens the social empires that eventually impact the community.
Building Political Empires Based on Kingdom Principles
Within the general conservative space, women are often discouraged from acquiring leadership positions in the political arena. Our church leaders are at fault for this, for they condition their congregants to believe women are second to men.
In one Twitter Class session, I explained to the men in our space that by preventing principled women from exercising their own type of dominion, we leave the vacuum open for other women to fill. Case in point: If a Conservative woman is called to run for office, but Conservatives prevent her success because she's a female, the opposing, progressive side will fill the vacuum with a woman who will implement those destructive policies.
In that same lesson, I taught how God gave both Adam and Eve dominion on the earth (Genesis 1-2). Only in the case of marriage did YahWeh command the woman to submit to a man. But in every respect, women have the mind power to create and execute political structures that benefit communities.
For the longest time -- even to this day -- Conservatives fought against women in political positions. Sure, they will allow a couple of them to win, but they are hell-bent on suppressing female leadership. As such, many Conservative women have left the movement and found acceptance on the Democrat side. While they may not adhere to the core tenets of Liberalism, these women felt the unction to hold political office; and they went where they were accepted.
In truth, the Conservative Movement is at fault for its own losses. It's not as if God has only anointed Democrat women to be political leaders. Rather, the Conservative Movement has hindered women's progress, all the while claiming God doesn't want women to be in leadership positions.
For this reason, I continue to push back against this destructive ideology on the Right, because YahWeh has Esthers in the earth who will perform His wonders.
Esther, when you read her story, was one of the most powerful political leaders in all history. I know many Christians like to paint her as this docile woman; but she had a unique ability to persuade her husband, the king, to save an entire nation.
Esther didn't wield a single sword; she didn't fight a single war.
She simply used her words and her political access to garner the king's favor while saving her people.
A woman did that!
Not a male.
Had it not been for Esther, the Jews would have been annihilated in that region.
Today, we have this same gift: God's Esthers in the earth. He has daughters in the land who have a message that will save a community. His Esthers will be granted favorable opportunities to present policies or messages that empower the nation. His Esthers are focused on His laws and precepts, because they know His principles work.
And regardless of what Conservatives think, YahWeh isn't asking them for permission to use His own daughters in this hour. He will do it, with or without their support; and I have positioned myself to encourage and train other Esthers to do the work, because the Kingdom of God is at hand.
If you, Beloved, feel called to run for office or to launch a political platform, the time is now. YahWeh granted us with our own ability to exercise dominion. And by working hand-in-hand with empowering men, you can bring the change you want to see in your communities.

Building Economic Empires Based on Kingdom Principles
In recent study, we discovered women business owners comprised over 40% of US companies. Back in 2011, I entered this entrepreneur space as a way to care for me and my daughter; and since then, I've helped other women launch their online businesses or virtual ministries.
Building economic empires in this hour has never been more accessible. Thanks in large part to the Internet, women can monetize their gifts while empowering their homes and communities.
As a coach, I often encourage women to step into this virtual space as a measure for increasing their wealth. Too often, Black communities, for example, are left behind the economic shift because of lack of knowledge. Meanwhile, other groups master these systems while benefiting from our ongoing social justice fights.
Because so much focus is placed on battling one area, Black Americans often neglect the economic space as it relates to ownership and equity. Being the controllers of our own economies allows us to impact our communities when other groups refuse to hire us.
While fighting against racism is noble, we cannot neglect our economics. And one of the best strategies for future progress is to train women to own online businesses or virtual ministries so our money works in our favor.
Within The Foundation, we provide opportunities for women to learn the virtual space. Whether a woman earns $500 a month in additional income or $5,000 a month, mastering this sphere is crucial. And because the Internet has allowed women to monetize their gifts, we must do our part to take advantage of it.
So, as you can see, Beloveds, today's women play an integral part in this Kingdom work.
Whether they are a mother, daughter, single mom, or new business owner, they have something to contribute to the overall good of their community.
It first begins with their small unit. From there, they can empower people in their sphere of influence. Over time, if their visions includes a national platform, they can manifest that dream with the right training.
And as I continue to grow The Foundation, I will make sure the women in our space receive the spiritual and practical insight that will help them blossom.
Until next lesson, Beloved ... we continue growing together!
